Before you write to us

Answers to the most common cases. If they are not enough, open a request and we take it from there.

Download the product from your customer area (Download button).
Unzip it and copy the folder into X-Plane 12: aircraft go in Aircraft, scenery in Custom Scenery, plugins in Resources/plugins.
Start X-Plane and pick the product from the menu.

On first launch the plugin asks for your ISS account email and password.
If you see "not authorized", check in your customer area that the product is active.
Each license covers one computer: to switch PC, unlink the old one from your customer area.

Make sure you have the latest version of the product and of X-Plane 12.
Attach the Log.txt file from the main X-Plane folder to your request: it helps us see right away what is happening.
If you can, add a screenshot of the problem.
